How to do I place an order?
 After you have decided on your gown style, size and color all you need to do is call us with your order details and put down a deposit.
 

When do I need to place my order?
We recommend ordering 6 to 9 months before your wedding and at least 3-4 months before your special occasion, so that you have plenty of time to have your garment altered if needed.


What is the normal turnaround of an order?
Our usually turn around time is 3-4 months for our bridal gowns and 2-3 months for bridesmaids, prom and evening wear.
 

Can I place a rush a order if I need my gown sooner?
If you need your garment sooner there will be additional Rush Fees of 30-50% (and sometimes as much as double) depending on how quickly you need your garments.

Can I make payments on my order?
Yes! we can work with you on paying for your garments. We can take up to 5 payments depending your total order amount as long as we have the minimum required deposit to schedule your garments. Please see our FAQ's Payments chart for more information.
