Please read the following information carefully!

All made-to-order garments will need a minimum of 5-8 weeks to be made with an usual turn around time of 2-3 months for evening/bridesmaids collections and 3-4 months for bridal collections. Please see our product pages for actual delivery times. All rush orders (any garment needed in less time than specified for delivery) are subject to an additional 50% rush charge. All larger sizes are additional cost (sizes 14-18 are 35% and sizes 20-24 are 50%). Any additional fees for sizing or made-to-measure are non-refundable. Garments will be scheduled after we have received a 20% deposit and started after another 30% payment for a total of 50%. All deposits, payments and balances paid are non-refundable.  Any garment being made will not be shipped until after any remaining balance has been paid. If paying by check, please allow 2 weeks to clear. If payments are being made, we are not responsible for any order shipped at a later date because of late payment. If an order is cancelled (at any time) all deposits, payments and balances received are non-refundable. In the case of a cancelled order a company credit may be issued for 20% less than the total cost of garments ordered. All credits are subject to approval by Katrina Marie Designs, Inc and for the company to decide on a resolution.
 

Made to Order garments, Custom Orders and Improper Measuring

If any garment must be made again because of Improper Measuring it will cost an additional 30%. Any garment that will need to be re-scheduled with our production and may cause a 2-3 month delay for production. Please note that the color of the fabric and trims will vary and may not match the previous garment. All problems are subject to approval by Katrina Marie Designs, Inc and for the company to decide on a resolution. 

There are NO Refunds on any Made to Order garments. The fabric is special ordered for these garments and cannot be returned.  If there is manufacturing defect the garment can be shipped back to us for repair. If not received within 10 days, then the garment is considered an AS IS purchase. Any problems are subject to approval by Katrina Marie Designs, Inc and for the company to decide on a resolution.

There are NO Refunds, Returns or Exchanges on Custom Sizing or Exclusive Designs. This is a very time-extensive project with a lot of discussion between the customer to ensure that the final garment is correct. All design consultation is charged by the hour. There are NO refunds on this service. There are NO exchanges on garments. All payments made are NON refundable.
